Prices & Payment

All prices quoted exclude VAT and delivery. VAT will be charged at the current rate. Payment for goods will be taken once we have established we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and are ready to dispatch your goods. Payment for courses and services will be taken once we have established we can fulfill your order, checked details and availability and have confirmed provision of the course or service.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges for Mainland UK

All orders are subject to 0.70p delivery charge.

Delivery charges for all other destinations will be at cost, please contact us for a quote

Delivery

Delivery of goods will be via Royal Mail or courier.  Delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. DJC Health aim to deliver within 5-10 working days. Next day delivery can be arranged at an additional charge, please contact DJC Health for details.

Purchasing

All items offered on this website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the “Add to Basket” button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button “Order Now”, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product or service which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have accepted your order or dispatched the product to you or confirmed the provision of the service. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods

  • Made to your own specification,
  • Goods that by their nature cannot be returned,
  • Video, DVD, audio, software products and the item has been unsealed,
  • Stationary items and the packaging has been opened

Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

Cancellation of Courses

Courses can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the start date of the course without charge. After this time a cancellation charge of 50% will be applied to your refund provided that you have informed us of your non-attendance at least 48 hours before the start date. It is possible to transfer to another course. No charge for transfer will be made up to 14 days prior to the start of the course. After this time a transfer fee of £50 will be made.

Cancellation of Services

Services can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the start date with only unrecoverable travel costs being charged. After this date a cancellation charge of 10% will be applied to your refund in addition to any unrecoverable travel costs. Transfer to an alternative date is possible provided any unrecoverable travel costs are covered.
